This course assists students to understand the philosophy and application of tourism, hospitality sales promotion which based on principles and practices at the operation level, according to requirements of tourism industry. As well as, provides students with special skills of planning promotional campaign advertising and sales promotions in the context of tourism marketing and destination branding, so this format is a training course to provide promotional sales techniques skills in all its forms, such as integrated marketing communication, public relations, personal selling, social media, merchandising patterns, distribution channels, intermediaries, internet communication process, and so on. The promotional techniques will be discussed through case studies and initiatives, examples, listening and creative thinking. These skills were examined both at a macro-level (tourism destination) and at micro-level (tourism/ hospitality enterprise level).
