This course provides students with the latest and relevant knowledge to international hotel industry. Also, it explores the key issues in international hotel. The physical and business issues are examined and other key managerial aspects are considered. The student will learn the International Hotel contracts and agreements. The students will learn to apply International Human Resource to face Cultural diversity.
Course objectives :
This course outlines the context of the international environment and examines general strategies to internationalization adopted by tourism and hospitality organizations.
