  • Course Objectives:

    The course provides students with the needed knowledge and skills to develop hospitality using the suitable project plan through appropriate methodology. This course also enables students to propose a successful applicable project. The students will gain skills to collect the necessary data and information to prepare project plan. Students will be able to implement the stages of feasibility study according to the nature of hospitality projects. In additions, students will be able to apply market research and accurate factsheet according to the recommendation of stakeholders and the nature of the hospitality projects. By the end of this course, students will be able to apply their professional skills to evaluate the site analysis and use safety and security policies in their hospitality project.

 

  • Course Description:

    • Semester work (assessment 1 to 6) 50%(50 Marks)
    • Final Report and presentation (assessment 7) 50%(50Marks)
