The course introduces the student to pharmaceutical formulation and manufacturing technologies applied for preparation of different dosage forms.

Course objectives :

The students are introduced to pharmaceutical formulations and manufacturing technology applied in the preparation of the main pharmaceutical dosage forms. The process ingredients, apparatus used, steps required and optimum conditions for their manufacture will be studied.
