This course aims to provide students with knowledge and skills related to travel agencies and tour operators at the local and global levels. Understand methods and activities of travel agencies’ business. Conclude the interconnection relationships of the parties representing travel and tourism industry. As well as, types and organizational Structure of travel agency & tour operator. Student can be able to set up innovative and creative packages, pricing strategies, determining the factors influencing the tour costing. As well as, dealing with ethics and professional attitude. Student will be able to organize itineraries matching with tourists needs and identify the impacts of information technology on travel agencies business.
